I changed my blog to “faster” Phil and Phil delivers! 49 second improvement over Sundays 5K.

Running really is 75% a mental battle (assuming you are injury free). I’m starting to rebuild this mental fortitude. The end of this run saw a sprint finish and I am on cloud 9 sat on the grass outside my house with sweat poring off my forehead and my headphones playing music that sounds underwater from my sweaty eat holes. Squish.
