I have a red face for a loooong time after running. Anyway…

Threshold internal run done - 5 mins with 90 second walk x4. I see what you’re doing coach, reducing the time this week but upping the intervals. I see your game. My first three intervals have the exact same pace! Luck or skill? You decide.

Dad came over and I cooked lamb/feta/rosemary burgers with sweet potato fries followed by a few drinks in the pub (soda and lime for me). Good times!
